Changes since 1.36: +31 -9 lines
Make sure ${BEFOREMAN} is finished before ${MANLINT} is started;
otherwise, stuff gets done in the wrong order in make -j.
While here, also make sure ${BEFOREMAN} is finished before
any manual source code is generated.
tested in make build / make release by krw@
