Up to [local] / src / usr.bin / env

the BUG described at the bottom is not a bug.  It is how it is supposed to
work.  Move it up into the main body.

after modifying the environment as
specified on the command line.
The option
.Ar name Ns = Ns Ar value
specifies
an environment variable,
.Ar name ,
with a value of
.Ar value .

The options are as follows:

to completely ignore the environment it inherits.

prints out the names and values
of the variables in the environment, with one

doesn't handle commands with equal

signs in their
names, for obvious reasons.

The

utility exits with one of the following values:
