sync to 1.7.20: Document whitespace handling.
Currently, mandoc(1) produces French spacing, which is a bug and needs
to be fixed, but document it anyway for the time being.
While here, fix a few typos, also reported upstream.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
