Make .Bx accept not more than two arguments.
Convert the first character of the second argument to uppercase.
Append the second argument with a hyphen.
Improves chpass(1), column(1), fstat(1), ...

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
