Up to [local] / src / usr.bin / mg

Use uid_t, gid_t and mode_t where applicable.
Pull in changes from the BSD-specific sysdef.h and fileio.c:
kill bogus unlinkdir() and rename() kludges since we have rmdir(2) and rename(2)
define SYMBLINK since we have symlinks
TODO: merge BSD spawn.c and ttyio.c
