Changes since 1.13: +154 -55 lines
reorg code some more:
- handle most version number requirements.
- handle uninstalled packages correctly.
- process options in the same order as the gnu pkg-config.
- sanitize status code returns.
- set up printerr the same way gnu pkg-config does.
tested on xenocara by matthieu@
Still missing: actual --static implementation, and possibly some other
details...
