split.1:
add the relevant arguments to the options synopsis for -b and -l;
tidy up the formatting of [-b byte_count[k|m]];
make SYNOPSIS arg for -l match its description;

split.c:
sync usage();

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
