Move the call to setupterm() into the client and have it pass the
results to the server over imsg, means the server does not need to enter
ncurses or read terminfo db. Old clients will not work with a new
server.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
