Diff to previous 1.30 (colored)

Change how we resolve which pane is dragging when there are multiple
options - choose the largest pane, which is more likely to be the one the
user wants to resize. Prompted by a report from Thomas Sattler.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
