the PINT scanner utilities for now

1) Make sure that the pint driver is in your kernel, see ../INSTALL

2) Make sure that /usr/include/sys/scanio.h is the one for your OS.

3) Fiddle with Makefile if you want to.

4) Type "make install".

5) cd into scripts, type "make install"
