This is the third (and final?) report on this topic from Globe & Mail |
reporter David Akins, the first of which caught the eye of US officials |
in the first place. Quotes DARPA spokeswoman Jan Walker seemingly |
back-pedalling: |
"As part of our standard process, we are reviewing and evaluating |
the work now being done and proposed to be done in the future," she |
said in an e-mailed statement. "We're sorry if this review process |
has been misinterpreted as an effort to cancel the work." |
<br/>Is this the same DARPA that ordered UPenn not to spend |
another penny on "the work"? |
