A really good and colorful interview with Marc Espie. The |

interviewer gets Marc to list his areas of |
|
contributions to the project, but soon it gets around to |
|
methodology, how we differ from other open source OS projects |
|
(quote: |

"Evolve the OS, not Revolutionize it. This is in violent contrast to Linux."), |
|
how each release of gcc is slower than the previous, the ubiquitous |
|
licensing wars (and the GPL's stuff replaced by BSD-licensed), |
|
future plans, and so on. Marc is careful to credit a number of |
|
the other developers for their work on the system. |
