   OpenBSD in Financial Trouble</a>, Ping Wales, March 21, 2006

   David Chisnall reports that "OpenBSD is one of my favourite platforms;
   its focus on security and ease-of-use makes it a very simple and
   safe system to use. Unfortunately, the OpenBSD organisation is now
   experiencing financial difficulty. For the last two years, the
   project has made a $20,000/year loss, something which it cannot
   sustain indefinitely."
   Goes on to report on the growing use of OpenBSD in commercial software
   (and hardware!), and that none of the "big guys" has given anything back.
   Unlike most of the articles on this topic, this one is kind enough to
   include a direct link to our orders page and recommend its readers
   to buy a copy of the CD to help fund the project.
