   <i>source-changes</i>, can be accessed by everyone. Due to the
   synchronization between Steelix and OpenBSD by using simple CVS actions,
   the commit logs on Steelix are not accessable in OpenBSD's repository.
   With the <i>wwwcvs</i> mailing list archive, you are still able to give
   public credit in your commit logs where credit is due.
