   <li>The documentation improperly suggests using kc22.fs and inst22.fs for
   installing from floppy.  You should use floppy22.fs file instead, and
   use kc22.fs only as a last resort.

   <li>The mac68k build on the CDROM is defective; in particular it is
   missing several files.  You should install from an ftp server instead.
