                    228: of the OpenBSD/arc 2.1 libc.so.16.1 from <a
                    229: href=ftp://miranda.rz-berlin.mpg.de/pub/OpenBSD/pmax/fixes/libc.so.16.1>
                    230: here </a>. Simply download it and do the following:
