MUCH improved version of the patch file.  Most notably, ignore the $OpenBSD$
lines...cause lots of patch failures.  Also seems I was using a -current
snapshot, not -release for the first try of this file.

Apply by doing:
	cd /
	patch -p0 < upgrade38.patch
