This should be a picture of a Motorola MVME162.. but in actual fact it is a Heurikon Nitro60 card. The cards are quite similar in function and appearance. They even have the same ethernet & scsi controllers.. (Motorola's 68060 board is actually called the MVME177. The MVME162 has a 68040.)
