The OpenBSD 2.1 release is available on CD for $30USD + postage. The thin jewel case contains 2 CDROM's which include:

a full source tree
complete install components for 8 architectures
X11/XFree86 for many architectures.
X11/XFree86 source
The FreeBSD ports tree.
And many other things.
