Replace -T flag with more standard -I flag and make it work as a standard
argument (and thus work as in the 'packed' option form) as well as a
positional argument.
Our -T flag was basically equivalent to -I but different from gnutar's -T
so -T gets thrown out.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
