Switch from the old shell script /etc/security
to the new Perl script /usr/libexec/security.
The new script was tested by sthen@ and ajacoutot@.
Committing now due to repeated prodding from deraadt@.
In case problems show up, they will be fixed in tree.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
