Call nroff with the -Tascii option to keep groff from using -Tlatin1
which could result in it using 0xAD as a hyphenation character.
This looks ok with less on an xterm but not on others, eg. the
pcvt console.  From NetBSD.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
