Build tbl(1) pages with mandoc(1), not groff.

Pages in base using tbl mostly look good already except for the
rare .T{ macros; there may still be a few formatting issues
in xenocara, please speak up when you run into them.
Eventually, mandoc will catch up.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
