Make sure typing "make install" twice in a row
installs manuals twice, not only the first time.

Admittedly, marking real target files as .PHONY is ugly,
but this is the least complex fix found so far.
If somebody comes up with something better,
i will gladly improve this.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
