Switch macppc to ld.lld

Add powerpc to LLD_ARCH.  Remove -Wl,-relax flag; ld.bfd needed it,
but ld.lld can't take this flag.

To avoid linker errors on macppc, you need a snapshot where
/usr/bin/ld is LLD.
