Diff to previous 1.19 (colored)

Add the "next" keyword as an alias for "+ 1" for relative times.
Also support "months" and "years" keywords when specified as relative
time units.  All as per POSIX.  Man page changes OK jmc@ sobrado@

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
