use FILE_ON_DISK flags when we need to verify if a file
exists in the working copy or not instead of checking fd being -1
since this can differ in server or local mode.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
