Fix
.if defined(VAR) && ${VAR:m}

cond.c has special code (set err to 0) to tell VarParse it shouldn't care
if the variable is not defined.

But this was not completely added, namely the path that deals with
modifiers was blissfully unaware of that.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
