Improve "man -h" output.
1. For pages lacking a SYNOPSIS, show the NAME section rather than nothing.
2. Do not print a stray blank before the beginning of a SYNOPSIS.
Both issues reported by, and patch OK'ed by, tb@.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
