Remove the variable sz because it's invariantly == 0,
along with the dead code testing whether it's positive.

While here, remove the now unused **params array as well,
which Coverity apparently missed, at least it wasn't reported...

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
