Sync ident behavior with GNU RCS:
- return 1 to the shell if any file could not be opened.
- print an empty line after processing a file unless we couldn't
  open it (and not for the last one).

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
