Put upper bound on number of entries in SSH2_MSG_EXT_INFO request.
This is already constrained by the maximum SSH packet size but this
makes it explicit.  Prompted by Coverity CID 291868, ok djm@ markus@

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
