Diff to previous 1.101 (colored)

Give each pane created in a tmux server a unique id (starting from 0),
put it in the TMUX_PANE environment variable and accept it as a
target. Suggested by and with testing and tweaks from Ben Boeckel.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
